1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Citadel Cloud Management ("Citadel Cloud," "we," "us," or "our") through citadelbuy.com or citadelcloudmanagement.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Citadel Cloud provides:

• Digital cloud education products (toolkits, templates, frameworks, playbooks)
• Free and premium online courses
• Subscription-based access to educational content and tools
• AI prompt libraries and workspace tools
• Enterprise team training and consulting services
• Affiliate program for partners

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Digital Products & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product from Citadel Cloud:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes
• You may use purchased toolkits, templates, and code in your own projects and deployments
• You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased products
• You may not claim authorship of purchased content
• Enterprise licenses allow use within the licensed organization only

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

6. Free Courses

Our free courses are provided as-is for educational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove free content at any time. Free course access does not guarantee access to premium features, products, or services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform or products
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Redistribute or resell purchased digital products
• Interfere with platform security or other users' access
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Citadel Cloud — including courses, toolkits, templates, frameworks, AI prompts, and website design — is the intellectual property of Citadel Cloud Management and is protected by copyright laws. Third-party trademarks (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for educational purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

• Our products are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute professional legal, audit, or compliance advice
• Compliance framework references (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc.) are for educational guidance only
• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, certifications, or job placement
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citadel Cloud Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
