We stand behind the quality of our digital products and courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. Digital Product Purchases

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a digital product (toolkit, template, framework, playbook), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Conditions

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
Upon refund, your access to the purchased product will be revoked
Refunds are processed to the original payment method

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months, but you retain access through the end of your billing period
Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you may cancel for the next billing cycle but no refund is issued for the current period
Free tier: No payment is required, so no refunds apply

3. Consulting & Services

1-on-1 Consulting: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
Bootcamps & Workshops: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the start date. 50% refund if canceled 1-7 days before. No refund after the start date
Mentorship Programs: Refund available for unused months if canceled with 14 days notice

4. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their specific agreement terms. Refund terms for enterprise accounts are negotiated individually. Contact your account manager or email enterprise@citadelbuy.com for details.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Free courses and free-tier access (no payment involved)
Products purchased more than 14 days ago
Consulting sessions after the session has been delivered
Products where a chargeback or dispute has been filed

6. How to Request a Refund
